Awesome video and explanation. I have a doubt in this video Location of John is changing, understandable. But the other values are different in different sheets like Mike7, Mike3 and Mike1 missing in respective sheets. So how did it consolidate the values for them?

their values is considered 0 . see in sum sheet ,there are 8 rows , where as in reference data there were 7 rows

Hi. Why if the rows are not the same in all the sheets? Meaning, one sheet might have 90 rows, another 100, and so on. Would Consolidation still work in that case?

How will this formula work if there is no uniform column or row heading? Eg I have 5 students marks in sheet 1, in sheet 6 students . How such cases can be consolidated ?
