Mam u said the don't care condition is applicable on NAND and AND gate how is it possible for AND can u explain

@Aman Sajwan If the inputs on a NAND gate are (0,1) or ( 0,0), the result will always be 1. So we can say (0 nand X)=1. If it was an AND gate then 0.0 =0, and 0.1=0. So you find that 0.X=0. That's why we do not care about the second input.
