For those wondering why she took limit 0-T in the power equation. She shouldve taken 0-T in the energy equation. She put the limit as 0-inf in the energy equation which is incorrect. The limit in both the power and energy equation has to be 0-T. In the end since T tends to inf, the value for energy comes infinity and for power comes 0.5.

ma'am why did you take the limit of power signal from 0 to T? please explain

There is no need to integrate from -T to 0 because the unit step is 0 when t < 0.

You need the average function value over a (any) period. 0 to T works, then the length of that interval is 2T.

Holup, she's taking the integral of x^2(t), so... that would basically be u^2(t) but for some reason changed the variable name?

so for example for 3u(t) for example it would be 9x^2(t) for 2u(t-1) it would be 4x^2(t-1) not sure if I'm grasping it right
