Sir I hv one confusion Logical add define page nd physical add define frame . Logical add given by CPU that means logical add wala part MM me hona chahiye and physical wala part secondry memory m?

Logical address always refers to secondary memory And Physical address always refers to main memory, because CPU has to get instructions from MM, Not from secondary memory. CPU can access MM directly.
