Funny rule, they are NOT endangered species, still 25K fine scarry. I had to forego plum head just because of this rule and bring cockatiels. Better safe than sorry. Tutu and vutu will be missed, do pay visit- they are not wild.

U should allow them to adopt to u r nearby friend.who loves them.once they started feeling comfortable with them then u can give them.though bird will never forget you...please I request you please bring them back.and plan for their adoption. I have 35 yrs of experience in rescuing birds from neighborhood. I request you please dont be hard with those innocent creatures. This is really bad. They r no more wild birds. They consider your family as their family. Birds cannot bear seperation from their loved ones, they get scare, and could die bcoz of shock . Now it will be difficult for them to survive. Better to make them fly away rather sending them to strangers.
