As an adult ballet student, most of the classes I take are too much barre and not enough center, and the center are often either very fast right away or too easy. This is perfect! Thanks Katty! And Chris's way of explaining is so spot on. Big thanks!

it's so nice to have a center because those are much more rare!

Oh my god, you guys are amazing. Not only do you dance so beautifully and gracefully, but also your positive attitude for dancing ballet is amazing. It is so much fun to dance with you. It makes everything easier (and... There is NOTHING easy about ballet). And Ella Schultze is indeed an amazing dancer. Thank you!

These videos have been truly amazing thank you Katie and Chris and Ella 💖 when Chris was talking about teaching younger levels it made me wonder... would you consider uploading a class for kids too? I think that would be amazing and even adults would benefit from it. Much love and blessings to all of you 💗🙏

My teacher always does superfast pirouette combos and I suck at them. It made me scared of turning and discouraged. So when there's a pirouette exercise at more doable tempo it's a relief to know that I can actually do a double. Thanks for that!

Aww you sound so pleased refering to your boyfriend - showing him off ;p :) lol It's nice to see. Thank you for the class. I have neither much space nor done much with jumps so it was interesting!!! Ended up just using the latter jumping sequences to do a few of the jumping elements within them/defined short sections of them - tentatively on my parents floorboards from the 1800s 😱 lol nah it's fine (I think) I know how to be light on my feet from other things. Annnnywaaaay... Cheerio! Thanks again all.

WHEN WILL SHE BE DOING A CLASS
@samanthakim19754 жыл бұрын
I had been doing ballet for 6 years when I was 12 I earned my first pair of point shoes, but I gave up right after. Now I'm 16 and I regret so much quitting, I completely feel in love with ballet again and I am using quarentine to get back my wasted time. I think it would be really hard, but not impossible, because when I did ballet classes I only had 1 hour class per week and didn't did shit during the other days, I just thought that 1h would be enough to be a professional and then I got depressed because I wasn't evolving and stopped. Any advice? I need all the help in the world

I took ballet up until the age of 13 or so. I enjoyed it a lot, but between school, ballet and other extra curricular activities, I got pretty burnt out. Mix that with typical teenaged hormones, and you’ve got full blown depression, which looking back I think is the reason I quit. I wish I had stuck with it though. Cause here I am, drunk as fuck in my mid twenties watching a ballet video horizontal in bed (not sure how I got here), and I’m still doing the steps with my arms and legs lmao
