During his time i was a student at St Henry's college i know very well this notorious bureau it's impossible to be in that position when you were not a killer and many innocent people were gunned down & tortured under his orders when you just read stories it's easy to agree that he didn't participate but for us we witnessed the horrors committeed by his organisation and was the final man.
