Like Malia, I love tuyo. When I was growing up, we also had it with fried rice. My American hubby, never liked it but loved herring, the fish basis of tuyo. Like Lee, he doesn't like the smell of cooking tuyo. To avoid the smell, cover the cooking pan while it's cooking. Lynn Bergendahl of NYC
