I honestly find this song more comforting than sad. It's kinda like when you're outside late at night in the suburbs, talking with someone who you know but barely speak to, and probably never will again. This song reminds me of a very bad time of my life, my episodes and stuff of just staying in bed for weeks on end; no energy to show or anything. Not brushing my teeth for weeks at time, my room overly messy. Comforting but yet sad, and tbh im proud of myself for getting out of that, all of it happened just because of some stupid girl that i was inlove with. This song hits hard when I would go on an eating binge after being deprived of my favorite foods two weeks before a blood test. I suffer from High functioning autism, ARFID (Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder) caused by my sensory issues, and Binge Eating Disorder (I binge on my safe foods because I'm depressed or done "holding out" for a blood test)

This song reminds me of my grandad because he always used to smoke. Sadly he got Lung cancer from it and he died a few months later. What hurts me most is I told him not to be sad and that I would see him again next year. I never saw him again in person. My granny tells me about all the things he planned to teach me.
