Bakit kailangan pa si Digong ang umaksyon. Regional director should have sent a battallion to arrest the 2 and file the case. Thats the problem in the Philippines. If its only small fish they can easily gang up on him and drag to jail immediately. The police and military are to tame if involves politicians. The president or the top cop should not micromanage a big organization like the government or the overall police organization. Its to big for any president or top cop. They need to pick best managers in every department to handle the details. Not Bato, not Mocha, not Cezar Montano, Not Aiza Seguerra, etc. Thats the problem with Digong. He dont like people smarter than him
