I caught this on tv by getting up to use the bathroom as a kid. My dad loved Johnny Carson and was head over heels for Lynda Carter. Even as a little boy who watched the WW show I knew that Lynda was something special. Class, beauty, intelligence and an innocence that draws you in. Carson for his part knew how to get an interview going with class. That’s why he was the late night king who can’t be duplicated. Welcome to the NPC Twitter era! Yeah, I know. Those people are nuts but fortunately they don't congregate as much on YT (yet) as they do on the other social media platforms. When I think of Wonder Woman in reality, Lynda Carter still pops up. I've had no desire to see the new DCEU films with Gal Gadot. I just don't think she does the character as well in what I've seen thus far. Lynda was not a great actress in the early Wonder Woman episodes but she developed. Gal Gadot? I still hear she's mediocre. The only other person to me that physically embodies his character well was Christopher Reeve. I don't hate the other actors who've played Superman but they just don't have what he did. Their films and TV shows also lack the charm Reeve's first two films had.
