Article 97 is not useful because members of parliament at the time were not useful to the things of natural justice that's why they passed controversy and confusion law. Ghana is suffering it at last.

Amariba don't have any natural knowledge, what we terms (natural wisdom) to be a lawyer who should contribute to national discourse. Am always said whenever he speaks to the things of law.
