Truth be told. Tsatsu Tsikata is brilliant!!! This man makes me feel proud as a Ghanaian. What a great asset this man is to Ghana. This man is not just a lawyer. He is a whole institution. This man Tsatsu Tsikata ought to be acknowledged properly in Ghana and be given the proper space to work for the benefit of Ghana and Africa as a whole. But are we going to do this??? Because of politics (and tribal politicking for that matter) we refuse to acknowledge, honour, appreciate and preserve our rich assets for our own benefit and for future generations... What is Tsatsu saying? Submission of ‘no case to answer’ is available in almost every case. Especially if the respondent reasonably believes that the plaintiff has failed to prove his case. In this instance, the respondent need not call witness to give evidence even if notice has already been given. (Common law case of Galbraith).... Also, a respondent has the right to give or not give oral evidence
