For instance he approved a "loan" of a $100,000 to each MP to buy V8 vehicles(almost 270 MPs) and you do the math! He could have said no. And the double salary issue? Why did he take it? So I agree he's good at rendering laudable speeches: what he wants us to hear: In practice however if it doesn't go their way, that's when they complain! Birds of a feather?
