The mindset of Ghanaians must be focused positively-- for a start let it be understood that - It is not for Government to be the sole employer of workers-- ' Governments mainly create the Conducive Enviroment for Private enterprises to Thrive-- Private enterprise is the Engine that drives the Economy-- and the Enterpenuers are the employers. Note that we get educated to become creators-- inventors - Enterpenuers so that we become Employers.
