Help line number 1930 per karte hai They don't have a brother about the victim. Helpline people only take calls for listening complaints(victim) after listening to everything then lastly say go to our portal & lodge your complaint. That's all their duties

It would be much better that Government should take major communication steps in knowing the public in general and schools and college in particular through various media channels awareness as has happened for Polio eradication, about these ways of fraud happening. Also be very particular in transforming these very government offices and their personals to behave in accepted manners so that the public should see the agencies such as IB, CBI, Police and other law enforcement agencies as one in existence for the betterment of public life rather as a Terror Agencies.
