ECG strain and sweating was the main clue that MI might occur or it may not occur. He should have proactively got into the car with Puneeth to perform CPR thinking “what if something happens.” And he should have gone to nearest hospital where a defibrillator could have been used before further assessment and treatment. You never leave a patient to themselves with abnormal ecg at least for few hours, this is no matter how fit they are and how normally their vitals shows. He is not good at making critical decisions. If his clinic had an AED machine then he should have kept Puneeth in the clinic and asked his staff to call an ambulance. He should kept sudden cardiac arrest in mind in this situation. And if he was so close to the family knowing there is family history of cardiac issues, he should have monitored Puneeth’s vigorous workout routines and openly advised him to work out moderately, to go for regular ecg, stress test and CT scan. These things would have revealed any underlying cardiac issues. He should have had a heart to heart talk with Puneeth that age, body weight and other factors can have impact on the heart and moderation in everything takes priority as we age. If he had done the above no blame on the doc.

I took my dad in 20 minutes to Manipal hospital they gave him one 5 k injection that's all by morning they did angioplasty . Puneeth sir should have done every year medical check up . true !! i am a doctor myself. I know this doctor as a person. this is clearly medical negligence. he could have loaded asprin , stain and plavix ! and taken him with him and initiate a chain of commaned for a cath. if not an ambulance he should have accompanied him to initiate cpr atleast. i dont believe he did an ekg in one minute and read it the second and sent him to ER. he is a public properly and a great loss to crores of people this man should be taken accoutable for his actions so that we dont lose lots of young , god gifted artists or any other human being in future.

@@niteshkumar-zp9iz See I am not a doctor but doctors say its not attack but a Anterior wall MI or cardiac arrest . I am not sure if aspirin and statins work in this case. They typically work if there is a arterial block and doctor has ruled out blocks. Again, I am not debating its just my thought
