This is animating on every second frame. e.g: If im animating on 2's on 24fps then it drops to 12fps. The individual who animated this scene was animating on 1's which is animating each frame. This does create a smoother effect but it requires more effort. Just wanted to clarify.

If you only like straight forward action anime like Naruto or Jjk or Kimetsu no Yaiba dont watch this, there is no good guy or bad guy in this anime every character has their own story and motivation to become the next "Ishura" it involve political and the story pace is unusual (ep1-4 you will get to meet each character individualy so the story is jumping all over the place) if you like Gundam you will love this
