Piggy-back liver transplantation with SMV jump graft

I've been doing research on different techniques of liver transplantation since my fiance passed away. She passed receiving a liver transplant at USC Keck on July 8th at 4am. She passed away from blood loss and too much scarring that they couldn't proceed with the surgery. I am still grieving and just overall curious to learn more about liver transplants. Thanks for sharing.

I'm so ,sorry for your loss! I'm 32 years old lady ,waiting for liver transplant, I'm so scared too! I heard stories of people passing away!
