@@e032001 至少有7成不關這回事, tvb內部問題非常嚴重, 山頭派系鬥爭, 不重視培育人才, 千禧年後不善經營, 將無數綠葉大幅降薪(可以年收入只有1千多元港幣), 令很多都直接離開, 自身電視台生產力自然更萎縮, 惡性循環, 只會節流沒有再想過開源, 只求中資作為白武士和向董事股東等交代賬目就作罷的程度，2千年打後已開始有蜀中無大將的情況。 就算有港姐港男的平台,當選後沒訓練直接投入做演員,嚴重欠思量的公司培訓系統, 只有上代邵氏執掌的tvb, 邵逸夫時期就創立的藝員訓練班, 當時的tvb才是真正的強大, 懂得怎樣經營一間電視台。現在? 繼續肥上瘦下,和外間很多非矣利團體一樣, 低層員工薪金少得可憐,上層一直漲薪, 開心快活, 有權力自然在公司可以有不同層面上可以滿足私慾。
