香港放假工作好似變成常態。因為手機上網就可以工作。我認為工作手機應該要公司提供才對。放假就可以把工作手機留在辦公室。

疫情後更加唔洗諗啦,人人一部電腦一部work phone wfh 演變到依家24小時on call風假都話要開工,唔好攪咁多啦,老老實實行365天24小時上班,香港做全球唯一一個無假期嘅城市,我讚成呀。

工作只係生活一部分,並唔係人生既全部。成日話香港人好大壓力,因為個個都盲目跟從呢D咁toxic既文化,唔該D老闆唔好覺得自己大哂,每個人都係平等。利申係外國返工,就算係老闆都唔會覺得自己大哂,唔會對員工提出無理既要求,對人有返基本既尊重。

呢个係文化问题,就算立咗法,老板whatsapp你,你系唔系唔覆?你敢唔敢唔覆?真系好多公司,口讲话worklife Balance, 但系实际上你OT, 佢亦都唔会补偿畀你,会话你做唔晒嘅嘢,你自己应该做完先至走。唔系我做得慢, 而系你无限加嘢,以前三四个人做,而家我一个人做,就算我做得到,啲嘢都做唔好😅

香港澳门都是一样吧,返工这个词 在港澳地区是挺恐怖,工时太长,压力太大,根本没有休息,一周只休息一天,实在太少了。

德國大公司行緊4日工作日, 其實全世界都系,人哋行緊4日,我哋行緊24,人哋話 做少一日效率更高, 相反香港比隔離日本仲差...同埋加班文化已經少左好多特別日本都開始變......

Yes, HK despite being an international city, laws are quite 'old schooled' when it comes to employment protection. The law seems to protect more to domestic helpers than locals! Some ppl who work at lower level jobs getting paid 5-6k a month yet get NO room&board / 3 meals a day / medical coverage & airfares like all domestic helpers are getting. WHY such unfair practice? Also when there's an accident or even death while on the job, victims (employees) usually do not get enough / deserved coverage / benefits.. even if the employer is found guilty for the accident, the law only fines the employer very little. Seems the law needs a major overhaul, but politicians are tied to the rich / powerful.... reforming the law isn't gonna be easy

It shows HK is not even an actual "financial centre", because you don't even calculates your labour time correctly. Sending an email... into the private hours of the individual.. is actually chargeable amount and time as well.... Actually.... So.... I am shocked that this is being done, still. It is also OT time hours as well. This kind of calculation has been used in the UK for an awfully awfully long time as well. The media keep saying that, "HK is this, HK is that"... but it is nothing... actually. Cos you are not correctly pricing your business model.

Even though HK does not have this, your company COULD have this locked down. Cos you are basically "using extra expenses and money from the business unit"... as opposed to your foreign business units and subsidiaries as well. IN THIS WAY... you are NOTHING but bringing down your MNC's profit level... and to be honest... if this is how it works. Then surely... you are damaging your own company, cos your mere accountancy dept is using a larger set budget than anything ? So.... For him.... he should have been an outsourced model, instead.. So.... This type of consultancy, is far more different, than it should be a norm. So....

呢個根本就唔係一個問題,亦都冇得解決,如果真係要解決方案,咁就取消用數碼科技,你唔好話返工啦,男女朋友之間都夠膽死要求秒回,仲有你諗吓你作為打工仔,你希望收咗工之後唔再需要覆客戶公司嘅嘢,咁我又問吓你作為客戶嘅時候你起唔希望對方全天候隨時可以回覆到你?所以一切都係雙向嘅。結論就係打和😂

如果要设计24小时即刻覆,喺公司用机制将编更,唔系要求同事放工都要回覆,双向呢样嘢唔存在。而家係讲紧公司对员工,唔系讲紧客户对已经放咗工嘅员工。麻烦唔错误引导

大家應該收緊$40000或以上人工。所以冇計,焗覆。 如果人工在$19999或以下的,根本不會覆。除非想博溝個女上司或靚女同事。
