After finishing the program, I find Aaron's couple mindset is naive. i.e are you asking SHK Properties to sell Harbour North to you at your expected price?
Aaron's couple has visited Park Ivy in Tai Kok Tsui, which is not bad. They should be realistic in asking if they really have pushed hard in saving money by reducing unnecessary spending. The transaction price is the market price and it is the reality in Hong Kong, i.e. huge land costs taxed by the government; normal construction costs; and the reasonableness of the developers’ profit margin. There is no unusual forced sales.

Feel sorry for those who are not aiming to make a killing. Rather waiting to sell so they can move back to their home countries. HK ppl are sheep’s, no one buys, so I don’t buy. Everyone fighting for something, then they will follow suit. As for the developers, they’re the cunning ones….but they’re in business to maximise profit. What did the government do….zilch! Maybe the government can cancel stamp duty for a period of time, just like England did which worked wonders and stimulated the market. Win-win for all parties. I dare say….hopefully more Mainlanders in town will put pressure on everyone to buy. Following HK people’s practice this might come true 🤞
