以當年TVB咁肯花錢嘅製作，點解可以容許兩位司儀嘰嘰呱呱，搞到成個show好似街市咁，嘥晒啲佈景同影響氣氛。真係想知道係咪由嗰陣時開始啲司儀就開始亂咁講嘢，到後來搵曾志偉、陳百祥等做司儀更加令到港姐選舉變到好cheap😩 懷念何守信、鍾保羅做港姐司儀嘅年代，幽默得來不失莊重。

Well, at the end of the day it's primarily a "beauty pageant". Not a scholarship competition. Although I've heard from multiple accounts that Amy Kwok is very educated.

I do agree that #4 has the most wit and quick thinking skills. But, it is a beauty pageant and the top 3 were selected to compete in the big three international pageants back then! So, beauty should be the priority, nowadays the judging standards are somewhat different. #3 Amy Fan could’ve easily been in the top 3 as well. This year was very competitive and all the top 5 could’ve made the top 3 in other years (like 1992-1993, 1995, etc.)

@@sakuraflower7245 Amy is educated and is still famously known to be the masters engineering student who competed at Miss HK. But, since her win, we have had Ivy League and Cambridge students compete in the pageant. The Miss International Goodwill 2009 winner is a PhD student as well!
