Okay thank you for the follow-up video the things you mentioned in your previous video I wasn't aware of it as I'm also currently studying at a Tvet college and I have future plans to go and study and obtain my btech in mechanical engineering and I guess it's the main reason why I enrolled at a Tvet college and I'm currently busy with my N3 and I still have a long way to go But let me ask you this after I haved obtained my N diploma or for someone who have obtained their National diploma how many years after that of studying for me to obtain my btech in mechanical engineering ?. And will I be accredited for my next NQF Level for the btech course at a University as well? Compared to a U.ofTech

It all depends on the university you wish to go to, they may credit you they may not. It really depends on how they operate. My advice, call them and enquire while you’re still doing your N3.

I am not quite sure, but I would advise you to call Tshwane University of Technology and Central University of Technology and enquire.

Yes you should, as soon as you finish with your 18 months practical training(in the apprenticeship) you must go to your college to enquire. Even before you start, so that they can give you their log book.

It may be recognised, depending on the university. I would advise you to go to a University of your choice and enquire.

@@BongekileR thank you on that I'll ask through unisa and cput, and also can I instead of doing my advanced diploma in public management I go to usaf get my certificate to study a degree and study the degree instead I know with that one I'll do the whole 3 years for the degree because of my credits and all but would that work out cause I read from NMU they said if you don't have a 360 credit diploma you'll have too have 2 year minimum work experience then they have an interview for admission into the advanced diploma programme of they'res and some like wsu won't even take you if you don't have a 360 credit diploma, eish why do they encourage tvet colleges but then when you want to further your studies its a whole issue.
