Sometimes, he can be very talkative; however he didn't even talk much here. He cracked a couple of jokes now and then and he only talked when he was referred by name or was asked a question which he articulately gave satisfactory answers in a very short time, praising the women he worked with. Total time he talked is around 5-6 minutes (including jokes). I don't understand how you found this annoying or controlling.
