Where was I when this show began? Savored every episode and fell in love with all the characters. Each one a jewel in the crown of "Younger". Watched it in 2025 on Netflix and didn't want it to end. Whoever wrote the script was in touch with us folks & the real world. The director had it all figured out way ahead of time and it WORKED. Happy you didn't do a sequel to a perfect story. and as Charles said, "Thank You"

Oh my goodness this is such a beautiful video to capture the emotions at the end of this show 😭 I have loved watching Younger so much, i have been watching every chance i got during my days and nights. I feel so happy for all the laughs and joy and learning, but also so sad it's reached an end. Now i think i understand why i feel so deeply about it - these people are even better in real life ❤❤❤ wish we could all be friends! I feel this show has shifted something in me ...a loneliness has been uncovered, a spark has been rediscovered, a need to fulfil purpose, a faith that there are beautiful souls ready to meet. first and foremost, we should thank the writers. without their awesome writing, there's no show. my fav characters are Diana and Lauren 😆😆 they are so funny and brilliantly played. I hope Sutton Foster didn't play a 20 something character again, I thought the actress was 45 when I first saw her in the show😅

Yes I loved this show, I just watched it now on Netflix, but I can’t understand,they completely screwed up the ending. I accepted that Liza and Charles went their separate ways ORIGINALLY, but why in the world they reunited them to only break them up ONLY 2 DAYS LATER, because he realized he can never fully trust her and she can’t live with him always be suspicious of her? The writers didn’t know this 2 days earlier? I mean he said he wants to be ONLY with her even if they don’t get married and they truly love each other. So WHY? And nobody talks about this? You are all happy about this ending? Was this always the intended ending? And I emphasize, I accepted their original breakup because they realized they wanted different things, but what I can’t comprehend why they get together and then breakup 2 days later? I just can’t understand that ! Was there suppose to be another season? I read that the intent was always to to end the show after 7 seasons. I just hope Emily in Paris won’t have a similar ending, then it makes no sense to me to watch it at all

I agree fully. I was thrown off by that ending! Why all the build up just to quickly destroy it. Seemed like they didn't really love each other. Why was Liza so quick to be like we aren't gonna make it, are we? Charles was like nahh we ain't. No deep discussion, therapy, nothing. Just DEUCES!

So sad that I will probably never rewatch what used to be my favourite show until the travesty that was season 7. That’s what breaks my heart, that I thought I had found a show that would honour the characters. Instead we had 3 seasons of Liza falling for Charles’ misogyny/show pony behaviour and the beautiful, meaningful sensitive storyline of Liza and Josh discarded like trash. The ending was a knife in the heart to fans. Plus, Diana also practically made the show and she gets forgotten 😡

I liked the ending, I'm not mad about it but I think COVID had the writers make changes to the script (because the way the got rid off Diana and Zane, they had both only on video). I'm guessing it was a schedule thing, maybe Miriam and Charles Michael didn't want to shoot in the middle of a pandemic.
