Be sure to have Bluetooth active on your iPhone. Otherwise, you will not see the screen with the continue button on your iPhone. This “turn on Bluetooth” should appear as a reminder on your AppleTV. Otherwise, nothing will happen as many have complained about. Come on Apple, you can fix this!
