LIVE streaming of powerful images of the Gion Festival, the summer of ＃Kyoto
The 23 floats, also known as "moving museums," begin their solemn procession, led by the naginohoko float.
At 9:00 a.m., the mayor of Kyoto conducts a "kuji-kaime" to confirm the order of the procession at Shijo-dori Sakai-machi. At around 9:20 a.m., the procession will begin with the "shimenawa cut," in which children of the naginoko floats cut the shimenawa across Shijo-dori.The highlight of the Yamaboko procession is the "Tsuji-wari," a 90-degree turn to the left at Shijo-Kawaramachi at around 9:35 a.m. and Kawaramachi-Oike at around 10:15 a.m. and Shinmachi Oike at around 11:25 a.m.The traditional technique of pulling the 12-ton floats with water sprinkled under the wheels of the floats, while shouting "Sore" and "Enyaraya," is truly a traditional technique inherited from the ancient capital!The festival will be broadcast live with Gionshon musical accompaniment, as well as the exciting and exciting "tsujiwari," or "tsujiwari" (parade of the floats)!

長刀鉾を先頭に「動く美術館」とも呼ばれる23基の山鉾が厳かに動き始めます。
午前9時　四条通堺町で巡行順を確認する「くじ改め」が京都市長によって行われます。午前9時20分ごろには、長刀鉾の稚児が四条通を横切るしめ縄を斬る「注連縄（しめなわ）切り」と巡行していきます。山鉾巡行の最大の見どころは、9時35分ごろの四条河原町　10時15分ごろの河原町御池　11時25分ごろの新町御池で　左に90°回る「辻回し」です。約12トンの山鉾の車輪の下に青竹を敷き、水を撒きながら「ソーレ」「エンヤラヤー」の掛け声とともに、鉾を引く様子は、まさに古都に引き継がれる、伝統技！祗園囃子とともに、勇壮で熱気あふれる「辻回し」ととも、山鉾巡行の様子をLIVEで配信します！
