The crazy thing is that this show made Sheldon an interesting character, at least to me and showed a side of the character we partially saw in the original Big Bang Theory show. Sad to see it the show end, and Im amazed at how good it was seeing all these actors grow together is pretty special. Ian Armitage truly embodied the role of Young Sheldon and is as perfectly cast as Jim Parsons was in the role

The thing with 2 1/2 men was out of his hands. Because Charlie got fired and they had to end his life on the show and then they brought the guy that played Michael Kelso on 70 show. when that happened I couldn’t watch the show anymore.

The original Sheldon was the person you always wondered why the people around him stayed around him. The young Sheldon seemed like just a way to rip off the former popularity BUT they ran with it wonderfully. Ended making Sheldon more of a person.

You can almost see the transitions between all 3, young Sheldon trying to find out who he is, middle Sheldon knowing what he’s capable of and lets nothing in his way, older Sheldon Coming to terms he can excel while at the same time relaxing and joining the “average” human lifestyle and personalities

i would say a huge of thank you to the young sheldon and the big bang theory casts and crews. my parents work till night, i always eat alone since i have no brother nor sister. sometimes i eat the dishes made by the maid, sometimes takeout. that’s why i’m so invested in young sheldon, it’s like seeing a perfect family i never had. when i was child i also didn’t any friend either and the big bang theory really heals my inner child trauma. the whole sheldon cooper’s universe is my best friend even though i can’t watch it aired since i’m not in the usa.

@@omarcogle1965 Henry danger is a different universe than Young Sheldon, Henry danger is Nickelodeon and YS is CBS/TBS paramount and Jace Norman and Cooper Barnes are apart of the show for the Henry danger franchise, Jim parsons is not, That is why Jace Norman got the role as Henry hart in Henry danger because he knew he could be perfect the role for a superhero in Swellview as kid danger, In 2020 he was also the producer for Danger force under Christopher J nowak and Evelyn Belasco. That is why they are making a third spin off about Henry leaving his Swellview years to be come the hero for Dystopia, I believe the Henry danger movie is going to be in Vancouver. I wish Cooper Barnes had the role of Sheldon cooper in the Big Bang theory both him Iain Armitage would have fit the role for both adult Sheldon and Young Sheldon perspectively and plus Jim’s parson’s voice is higher than Iain’s and cooper Barnes voice is lower when he played captain man in Henry danger but when he yells his voice goes up when he’s mad at Schowz.

I can’t even say how much I will miss this show. As a former educator, I had contact with some children who very much like Sheldon. What made the show so terrific was the writing. It was the essence of good comedy. You didn’t know when the joke was coming. Much like Big Bang. And that last episode; shocking and very sad. My best wishes to all the actors. I’ll be watching the spin off, and maybe some cameo’s by “not so young” Sheldon!?❤❤❤

i don't see how they won't be. georgie is said to take care of his mother and little sister. Meemaw will probably phase out but maybe she'll cameo. same with sheldon, he might cameo. I think this is less a spin off and more a rebranding since the father won't be around and it won't be sheldon's memoir anymore. The voice over will leave and it will probably just be us watching the family in general.

​@@story3877 From a cast interview I just watched there's going to be one other change. It's going to be filmed in front of a live audience like Big Bang Theory was. I'm pretty sure Annie Potts is going to stay in the show because everybody likes her and the only one actually leaving town is Sheldon. I'm guessing Paige is going to become a regular cast member which they were planning on making her if she hadn't had scheduling conflicts because she's got a bit of the socially dysfunctional nerd thing Sheldon brought to the show and has an established history of getting Missy in trouble George Sr isn't going to be around to keep her from hanging out with. It starts filming in July.

I think what is awesome about the show is it explained TBBT's character. A lot of times with characters, we wonder how they became the way they are. And we'll have to wait and hope the writers will reveal more after the show is over or something. And given how... unique Sheldon is as an adult, his backstory is much appreciated!

Just found out there will be Georgie and Mandy First Marriage as a spinoff and so another chapter begins!
