Before people start getting on the TVS bash train. You need to realise that you won’t do 120+ kmph on Indian roads, it’s impossible. It’s the only practical 200cc bike with dual channel abs.so a VFM machine which I love.

Hi Faisal, I do own a rtr 200 and today only I did 135 Kmph. So if we have better chain lubrication (I use motul 2t oil) and the engine oil (I have motul 7100 in mine) the performance is definitely going to increase. :)

GoGo I believe not everyone can afford a z900 or even equivalent to match its performance or refinement, so it is out of question. And if we consider the price bracket to which rtr 200 belongs, I doubt if any other bike gives you the same VFM that rtr 200 gives.

I own Apache 180 and let me tell u, TVS makes some really nice and practical bike. Performance is just perfect. Not too much not too less. But Vibrations are there, a lot of vibrations! Mileage is not up to the mark but service is very good and cheap as well. Quality is also very good.

i have some issues with vibes , but if the oil top up is done with their oil additives, it gives a really good mileage, i did a 450 kms ride with pillion all along, giving me a mileage of 39 kmpl, constant speed of 70kmph
