TVS is just like TATA. After sales service is the problem. You just need to find out a good service center after some hit & try with several service center. I've Apache RR310 & 2024 Tata Safari. Really, I also had to navigate the appropriate service center. But yes, once you find the appropriate service center, stick with them & stay friendly with technicians. Treat those technicians like a friend. They are gonna help you off the record as well.

As an expert, I want to reply, but it's too late. Why did you accept the repair charges? They should repair it free of charge as a comeback job. It could be an oil filter or oil strainer problem that wasn't fixed properly, so engine oil pressure became weak and damaged the camshaft and other parts.

As a machanic let me correct u all - 1) gadi me 200ml ( nil ) oil nikla tha Jis k wajha se ouska oil pump kafi damage hua honga 2) oil pump after 12km (after oil change of 1200ml) pura damage hogaya jisse engine me aawaz aa rahi hai 3) engine kharab hone k baad bhi isliye smoke nahi karta kyu k jab oil pump kharab ho to vo piston tak oil hi nahi pahucha ta (Another Real life example - kafi bar ager clutch plate kharab ho to vo purane kharab oil prr accha work karti hai(because of grip) and oil change karte hi vo pickup hi nahi leti Aur costomer machanic per chad jate hai 🤡 I know machanic bhi castomar ki khol k marte hai 🤡 But in this situation Machanic ki koi galti nahi thi Request - pin this comment for viewers to not changing there decision of buying TVS

@@fryingpan2168 Since it ran for few days, it is likely that the oil leaked out during that time. It could be either due to loose oil bolt or because it was intentionally done to make a KZbin video. The engine can't run for more than 1km before the sound starts if there was no oil in the beginning itself

I have Rtr 160 4v 2021 bs6 . Recently my bike Reached 52000 km . Clutch plates changed total company setup but not satisfied.(compared to sealed ) At 55000 km cleaned 1st time fuel corporator .problem is service centre guys doesn't fix properly into the Engine head. Due to these reason bike suddenly stops at low RPM with engine fail loud sound. I got scared several times. When contact to the service centre they connect to machine then update the software..........😅😅 But..... no result. I realised and I carefully observe the fuel corporator .. When I fix it properly problem gone.😂😂😂😂. Finally I think service centre is only Name ....not a reliable area.... 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 TVS products innovation were superb.👌👌👌👌 But service is toooooooooo. ..👎👎👎👎👎 worst.

Thanks for exposing this garage and bringing to the public the vulnerability of bike owners. I have a TVS bike but I do not take my bike to a TVS service station. I take it to a roadside mechanic. He services and cleans the bike thoroughly and even gets the PUC done then he delivers it to my residence, ALL FOR RS. 800/-. My bike has been running without a problem from the year 2014.

. Khud chala ke dekh le bike bina engine oil ke. Engine oil lubricating karke engine components ko thanda rakhta hai. Agar tum bina engine oil ke chalate ho roj short runs ne jaise ke 8-10km. To wo without engine oil chalta rehega. Aur bearing aur components slowly damage hote rahenge. Baad me jab apne engine oil daal bhi liya to bhi wo friction hota rehega aur bas damage hona slow ho jayega. Kisi stage pe aakar engine ke components itne damage ho jayenge ke bike band ho jayegi. Agar nahi pata to try karke dekho. Maan ko aap ki leg ki bone tut gayi aur aap hospital gaye. 2 din Baad heart attack Aa Gaya. To kya aap unko blame karoge ke apki vajah as heart attack aya? Heart ki blockage kuch Dino me nahi hoti. Months or years lagte hai. Engine oil agar unhone replace bhi nahi kiya to aise bike seize nahi honi chaiye. Oil ki quantity poori honi chaiye. Jo ke almost poora nikla. Unse cctv footage niklvao ke engine oil replace kiya hai ya nahi. Agar kiya hai to kahi purana hi to nahi dala.

Agar gadi engine oil nahi khaati to ek engine oil pe 1 lakh km tak chal legi gadi 😂. jab oil change kiye zyada samay ho jata hai to engine oil level kam hone lagta hai aur kai mahine baad engine oil bas 200-250ml bachta hai.

Service centre manager was right ,gadi me oil kam tha block piston me already problem aa gaya tha bas jab gadi me naya oil dala to bacha kucha jan jo tha block piston ka wo khatam ho gaya,1200 ml oil is liye nikla kyuki combustion proper nahi hota ya piston ring kharab ho to petrol oil me dhire mix hota hai,most of customer vehicle ko properly handel nahi karte aur jab aaisa kuch hota hai to mechanic ya service centre pe blame karte hai .

Apache RTR itni bhi kharab gari nahi hai. Mere paas tvs ki sport bike hai bs 3 model ka. Usne bohot takleef uthai hai mere liye. Bohot bar to aisa bhi hua ke engin oil bohot din tak nahi de paya. But Mera sabse achcha dost hai wo. Mere kamane ka zariya hai. Gari bohot achcha hai bhai. Service wala chor hai sala

In Jaipur as well I faced this type of issue many times, seem like the service in TVs only changing parts and making higher bills. As an brand TVs should look these issues seriously to provide genuine and trustworthy service to customers. There is no way to complain for these service centers, now a time they even don’t ask about the feedback for service.

Bhai maine Carborator dalwaya TVS Jupiter main, Authorised service centre se. 10 km baad scooty khadi ho gayi petrol back kar gayi next day gaye ab mechanic kahani suna raha tha Cluck show padega ye hoga wo hoga. Bahar dikhaya bhai 1 minute nahi laga bahar ke mechanic ko Usne scooty set kar di, aaj tak thik chal rahi hai.

सर मैने जैसे बाईक ली थी तब से गाडी रनिंग मे बंद हो जाती थी. 2 महिना service centre मे खडा किया कुछ भी नहीं किया. उलटा प्रॉब्लेम ओर बढा. इंजिन suddenly running मे बंद हो जाए तो accident का चान्सेस बोहोत ज्यादा है. ये भी कंपनी नहीं समझे . आज तक ऐसे ही चला रहा हुं. 5 साल हो गया. जब भी किसी और को बाईक दे दिया तो accident होकर ही आया. सर्व्हिस मे टेक्निशियन को पेमेंट अच्छा न मिलने के कारण लोकल टेक्निशियन रखते है. बोहोत लुटा है. कार जितना मेंटेनन्स साल भर मे देना पडता है बास लुटा है. Solutions kuch भी नहीं. 700 rs service charge ओर जो जो extra काम करे उसका extra पैसा लागते है. ठग service

Same experience with same bike rtr 200 always they prepare bill more than 5000 and still the condition of the bike remain same, I had dropped mail to area ZONAL head and got it escalated. They assured it won't happen again so stopped taking my bike to service center I now get it services from local mechanic..

Labour charges and service charge alaag hota hai... Service charge ka matlab jaise periodic maintenance mai aa jata hai but periodic maintenance me jab dikhta hai ki kuch valueable parts like engine ho gaya,like suspension replacement ho gya,ya brakes ka fully kam ho gaya... Just brakes ko clean karne se uska paisa nahi lagta wo periodic maintenance mai aa jata hai... But kuch kuch parts hota hai jo replace karne se uska labour charges alag se lagta hai.... Bus aese samajhlo apna full body check up ka paisa alag or check karne ke baad usme kuch kharap nikla like bone tuta hua hai etc etc.. usko thik karne ka paisa allag....

To be frank, TVS bikes are good, but the service is very poor. I have an Apache 180 ABS, and one year ago I requested an ABS repair. The service guys took the bike for one month and returned it to me without doing anything. It was rusted, paint peeled of and the ABS was not working. The service is terrible and unresponsive, and customers will not be satisfied with TVS service centers.
