My odo, trip 1 and trip2 are showing the same distance..so before starting the journey I need to clear trip1 and while returning I need to clear trip2 then I can calculate the total distance.. right?

They both are showing same distance bcz u havent reset them yet. So before starting your journey just reset anyone of them and once you return back just note the distance it is showing thats it. If u have petrol more than 1 litre.. then it stops blinging with a point in the digital meter ... and if it stops with no point then it indicates it has fuel with less than 1/2 litre
