So couldn't find the battery as of making this video so when we got a lot of different tasks in one project we have the liberty to choose any one of the first. And that's what I did and thought to get the Apache front right shocker repair first.
So in this particular video will be sharing what I did to get the front right shocker of my Apache rtr 180 repair and how much expense did I occur for the repair work...

After completion of all works, before place the top inner bolt, you must release air from oil by pressing the fork tube several time. Otherwise definitely you feel very stiff. Dont use non branded fork oil. Use castrol 20W fork oil, just 120ml.

So front tyre ko bro 90/90 17 ki jagah 100/100 17 kar du bas steering thoda heavy hoga and handling ka pta nhi. 😀

@@AmulLuthra i think for my side Sabse jaruri Grip hona chahiy Jisse Chahe turn p ho Wet surface ho Ya brakes ho Hamesa control m rhe . Mera khud heavy grip tyre h Gutte wala aage peeche . Sane design h (Janta hu isshe miner sa pickup and miner si efficiency ka farak aata h but . Is wajah se i can ride in extreme mod with safety😃

Sorry i never loved bikes Only i just like bikes because Its a living thing i like all those things that are running on wheels . Only i didn't like now airplane and boats now. . Biking bro kaafi different hai car driving se i mean its actually very hard to describe maybe someday when i do long travel videos for you guys kisi tarah words mein describe kar pau because me to love both cars and bikes and agar practical point of view se dekhe toh aajkal ki bikes are totally not worth lakhs and lakhs of money one could get a very good car in that much money, But still people buy them koi toh reason hai na. I am already spending more than i should on a 10 year old bike just because i like my rtr 😆. And i wanted to save where i can without compromising so thats why selected the repair this time. And i hope you have seen the overhaul video please do if not. Everything was kinda bent and thats why the issue and now after complete overhaul suspension feels very good...😊😊 next time dekhunga agar problem jaldi aagyi toh then ill might replace...

Bhai mistakes you did. 1. Bend should be repaired first. 2. Shocker oil should be used of liqui molly brand. 3. The amount of oil to pe put in shockers in each and every bike is different. You should have researched for the amount of oil. Next time do take care. Telling because I did all these mistakes with my bike 😂

Thanks for telling brother and yeah when i took my bike to the repair i guy i told him that there is a bent somewhere. But they wanted to first fix the shocker so i let them and yeah you are absolutely right about the quantity of oil they put i even have doubts but i ignored. So now after the overhaul i hope you have seen that video everything feels good and i just hope it lasts me a while...😊😊

@@AmulLuthra Hi Bro, i have apache rtr 180 and i don't know hindi so requesting your help here. My fork is also hard and suspension is not smooth. Even i changed fork pipes, spring, oil twice. But the local mechanic guy told all are fine. Would you please advise in your fork overhaul video, what did they do to rectify the stiff fork issue? Is it issue with cone set, or forks? Really need your advise

@@subramanip8434 Check and replace oil seal. Always clean fork tube with clean cloth. use 15W or thinner fork oil. Quantity must less than 140ml. (where the company recommends 145ml which will give stiffer suspension.). If you use 20W castrol fork oil, just pour 120ml only.
