I am an electrical engineer with 35 years of experience, a certified energy auditor to understand energy and utilisation of electricity. I can confirm that the battery connector which engages during charging only” has failed in the mode of lose- connection melting. Such a failure can only happen when the connector is loose fitted or inadequately designed. As these components are located deep in the controller where a user does not venture- its defect during warranty period shall fall in the company’s prerogative. I would like to challenge the statement mentioned by the service Center that this charging connector would have defective if the bike would have set on drive while still charging. First- if the company knows they have limitation in design, why haven’t they provided an interlock that the bike cannot be set on drive during charging. Has this limitation mentioned in the operations manual? If not, then it’s the company’s prerogative. Love you hear your response and shall take the issue to Institution of Engineers for wider judgement and consumer protection.

GurutejSingh Sab, 1. If you are a student going to college/ school/ tuition- please consider buying electric bicycle which gives a range of 45KM and shall cost INR35-40K. Benefits a) its cost based priced and hence a good value for money. Its simple to get repaired, usually the need may mot come considering its simplicity b) being young, you shall get a good habit of cycling/ work out which shall pay you in the long term. c) electric bycle is very comfortable and will not tire you in commuting 20-25 KM per day d) do use a good quality helmet which applies to all two wheelers. 2) if you want for family use, electric has very low operating cost, but hassles of breakdown repairs does exists. This problem applies to all ebikes/ scooters as the network of technicians on roadside is yet to develop 3) may choose Chetak electric version should you want to use it as a family scooter. 4) Okinava scooter team is worth the trust and their scooter can be another choice, pls do consider your budget. 5) should your running is say less than 15-20 KM per day, petrol scooter or bike of your choice shall be good to go, low KM per day shall not significantly impact the primary benefit of eBike ie operating cost. Hence go with petrol bike guilt free. Thank you for your interest

Bhai ev mae warrenty Dene ka kya matlab Raha jab Jeb se paise nikalkar gaadi banaye log toh extra warranty ke liye bhi 6to 8 thousand ka paise lagate hai uska bhi koi faida nahi ev ka ab sale nahi public ke saath test chal raha hai aise mae toh humari hee nuksaan hai upar se ev vaalon ko hame hee paise dene padenge kyon ki wo toh gaadi sale karke khus honge public ko mushkil ka samna karna padta hai 🤨 jab ki gaadi mae wiring ke paise 8 thousand hai toh gaadi mae sabse mahangi cheez wire hai kya battery aur motor wagara sasti hai kya bhai tvs ek achi company hai aise koi middle class aadmi ke paise mat looto hai warna naam kharab ho jaayegi

Avi 5 10 saal apne ko electric 2 wheeler lena nhi chahiye... Ev k liy jo extra Paisa de rahe usme 3- 6 saal petrol mei gadi badhiya chalegi... Aur 6 saal mei gadi issue nhi krti par koi b company ki ev ho wo problem kregi ho kregi 6 saal mei itna paisa lag jayga jitne mei aur petrol le skte..... Better hai 5 10 saal aur ruke
