At what % should we charge the iqube? Example 10%, 15% or 5%? To ensure effective battery life.

I am facing a problem with the charger, I have just bought the new Iqube S yesterday and when I am charging it today the charging starts for 1 minute and then gets turn of automatically off .I tried it putting in other socket but still facing same problem.Please give me a solution for this because I just bought the EV yesterday and facing this problem so soon

Worst after sales service. First of all not all TVS service centres have the facility for the Iqube. My fisrt charger suddenly stopped charging the vehicle and i got the replacement for it but now that new replaced charger is also facing the same issue. And you will not getting any proper resolution from the service centre. So if you are considering to buy the Iqube prepare yourself for this headache.

Spreading false info charger doesn't fit that easily into vehicle socket. We need to turn outer blue cover before inserting, and it doesn't fit so easily.

Most worst after sales service. Got my iqube serviced last month, and from two weeks i am facing issues with charging. The vehicle is not getting charged. I have to call atleast 2 times a day from past 1-2 weeks but i haven't got any positive response from customer care. Please TVS look after this issue.
