I've seen plentiful street vendors selling their stuffs on this machine. Hats off to TVS for this beautiful moped. No other company like honda, bajaj and hero etc think of small earning masses. It also remember me of Luna. That was a machine of choice not only amongst elderly but for youth too in late 80's. Another moped Panther was very popular amongst people because of sturdy built and high mileage. I hope such bikes will gain popularity again.

Last i was in Ledak bike tour, i saw one man riding from Calcutta to Ladakh.. He is full fill his dream .. Great emotion. This is best motor cycle for any Indian to be safe and reliable. Peoole are just buying two wheeler without thinking a single point , maintaince , fuel, reliable. I was in chennai . There are so many person riding this. 1. The Mileage is 60 2. Reliable moped 3. Cost is less compared to others. 4. Long long partner with few tips 5. TVS is trusty. This is my personal experince.. Even i have more memory on Luna too..

I remember seeing locally conducted races with these machines (2 stroke) , a decade ago in Bengaluru. Some of them used to lift the moped and spin the rear tyre to start the motor and send it!

Bhai log apko meri baat per vishwas nahi hoga lekin me es xl 100 ko college me lekar jata hu mere dada ji ne esi liya tha lekin unki health problem hai ye gadi ase hi padi thi dr ne une mana ki hai gadi chala ne ke liye ye gadi aise hi padi thi ghar per mene college me admission liya graduation me mere college mere ghar se 26 km dur hai meane papa ko bola muje gadi dila dije lekin unhone mana kar diya or bola Xl 100 ko le ja college jana hai nahi toh other option choose kar bus etc mera or bus time fix nahi majburi me xl 100 leke jata hu mere friend mera majak udate hai or girl Asti hai lekin kya kare majburi hai lekin ye gadi ek number hai rural area me mujhe ye gadi 45 to 50 ka mileage deti hai me eshi 50 km ya kabi 60 pe chala ta hu lekin app eshi 40/45 km me chalavoge toh apko 55+ ka mileage degi ye gadi or ye real life review hai faltu comment me nahi karta

Got our TVS XL 100in 2019, there's some quality control issue, like rusting after 1 year, handle bar slight bent. But it does the work done, my suggestion will be to hang some heavy load on the handle bar hook to stop the handle from vibrating.

In my home country the philippines it is by far the cheapest motorcyle you can buy i use the same motorcycle as a day to day drive it gets the job done sure it stupidly slow but good enough for non highway use.
