It's funny, and appropriate, that you refer to them as gods since their name roughly translates to "Rising Gods of the East." They also have an album called Rise as God, so there's that. I'd love to see you react to some of JYJ's stuff--those are the members who left and formed a different group, as well as some of their solo stuff. I especially love "Back Seat," and yes, that's what it's about, Jaejoong's "Mine," and Junsu's "Flower," both of which are beautifully aesthetic and pretty damn dramatic, and they're excellent songs, too, of course.

Check out TVXQ - Before U Go for some of the best r&b vocals in kpop, the dance version has a dance break which changes the song slightly but it's better than the other two MVs which are a drama/a shorter version of that.

misspynai The other members left and formed JYJ, which has some amazing songs, as well as to pursue solo work. Jaejoong and Yoochun also act, although I'm not sure about Junsu. TVXQ isn't a sub-unit. TVXQ is the abbreviation for the Chinese name of the group, and DBSK is the abbreviation for the Korean name of the group. They also have a different name for their Japanese releases. So, basically, they have/had three names.
