That Mnet performance is from MAMA 2008. MKMF is the older name of MAMA. The first performer was Yoochun (the way you are). Then Yunho (rising sun), Junsu (o-jung ban hap), Jaejoong (purple line) and Changmin (hug) in order. The one who did adlibs at the end of Hug was Junsu. Their official main vocalist was Jaejoong but most people think it's Junsu because he was more popular as a vocalist and he was the best vocal among all of them. Btw, this is one my favorite performance of TV5XQ. Especially the moment when all the members joined Changmin during Hug is still so precious to me 🥺 Also the vocal trio high note moment in Wrong Number. Ah.. and Junsu taking off his clothes one by one during Mirotic 😂 You can't expect to know ex-TVXQ members by variety shows because they couldn't be on any variety tv show and music show for 12 years. They started to be on variety shows little by little in the last 2 years but it still doesn't enough for to be known by the new kpop fans. They still can't be on the big popular shows because that kinda shows always have someone from SM in their cast. And weekly music shows like Music Bank are still afraid of SM so they don't invite them. Both Junsu and Jaejoong are still very famous (And Yoochun used to be so famous as well before all the things happened) They still do concerts in very big stadiums in Korea and Japan. But you need to follow them personally since the media doesn't talk about them very much. Especially the international kpop media. They are acting like both Junsu and Jaejoong do nothing when Junsu is one of the busiest idol out there. And Jaejoong worked so hard to be able to begin again as a solo artist in Japan after blacklisted for 8 years. Btw, you really need to check out Jaejoong's solo stuff. He is an amazing singer. This is a performance from the last Dream Concert from a few months ago. To respond to your claim that TVXQ members are not discussed , that's mostly because SM Entertainment made it that way. After the JYJ lawsuit, SM basically buried any mention of TVXQ as a 5 member group and gave less attention to the two remaining members (HoMin) over time. TVXQ were set up to be forgotten and disrespected by the newer generation of kpop fans by their own company. If you like them and think they have talent - help us fans continue to promote them and love them. TVXQ is celebrating their 20th anniversary in 2024. Hope you can celebrate with us!

it makes so much sense that you're wondering why their name is so rare to be included on some discussions. like junsu is the top 1 kpop idol for vocal, he was the rank 1 stated officially by professional criticist but kpopers nowadays didnt really get into this info bc they're blacklisted from the industry (they: jyj) ofc being blacklisted wasnt as simple as you dont get to appear on tv but your name fully vanished, that's how cruel SME is. good thing they're so talented so they make it to held their own concerts, appears on dramas, have a bunch of osts etc. as for tvxq remaining members like yunho, changmin, they've been disrespected by the agency itself. it's like SM wants to tone them down after split, you have no idea even after 20 years being the part of that stinky agency, they're still receiving a lot of mistreatment even as i speak. their last comeback was 2018, this year is their 20th anniversary and the company still havent give them a comeback, album, or even just A PLAN to celebrate their anniversary. SM holds grudges bc their split back then got them almost bankrupt.

the issues with TVXQ live for beginner is that u wouldn't know who's doing the adlibs, coz all of them r master in doing it, while the camera juzz failed to zoom in at the right member as the adlibs juzz go on from one member to another 😂 but once u're familiar with their voices, u good to go (hairstyles doesn't help much coz they often changed it).. btw, TVXQ is really a unique group, their position wasn't really assigned as who's the main vocalist or sub-vocalist, back then, it was assigned by their vocals range coz they're supposed to be 5 vocalists.. barritone - U-Know Yunho main - Hero Jaejoong bass/barritone - Micky Yoochun baritenor - Xiah Junsu tenor - Max Changmin that's why their so-called rapper r amazing as vocalists.. but then again, for newbie, it's easier to describe that we've 2 main vocalists, 1 high note vocalist n 2 rappers 😂 yes, the one who did the rap in Purple Line is Jaejoong, we also shooked when he did that, like bruh, stop making us amazed at ur talent!! for those who didn't know them before the split probably wouldn't know much bout them.. the reason is after the split, the duo went on hiatus n army for about 2-3 yearz.. once they're back, SM Ent. is bz focusing them on their Japan market.. meanwhile for the other 3, they're literally banned from cable TV after the split with the power of SM Ent.. even after the lawsuit ended, n court stressed on how SM Ent. couldn't interfere/sabotage JYJ, but of course the all the cable TV doesn't want to take the risk of getting on SM Ent. bad sides.. I think the ones who dares to talk about them is like those who with IDGAF attitude like Heechul or fellow actors.. however, the good news is recently Jaejoong n Junsu is appearing on cable TV finally 😭

DBSK is the abbreviation of Korean Romanization of *"Dong Bang Shin Ki"* while TVXQ is abbreviation of the Chinese Romanization of *"Tong Vfang Xien Qi"* and their Japanese fans call them *"Tohoshinki"* 6:39 I think that's actually U-Know Yunho 6:58 Yoochun was first to do his little solo, Lmao. I think JYJ not being known by international fans is understandable because... well, they got blacklisted from appearing on the media by SM Ent. since 2009 after the lawsuit. Changmin and Yunho don't really appear on variety shows that often nowadays, so maybe that's also a factor. All of them also promote more in Japan now so that could also be a reason. But I still recommend all their variety shows! *TVXQ* did *"All About TVXQ"* to celebrate their 7th Anniversary _(you watched ep. 1 of SJ's version)._ *Changmin and Yunho did Analogue Trip with SuJu back that was released in 2019.* *Jaejoong's* got so many *"Host in a Dating Reality Show" gigs* and he did *6 episodes of "JJ Journey".* He also has *Radio Show appearances with a Monsta X member.* I think Minhyuk said his bias is Junsu and his bias-wrecker is JJ. *Junsu* also got to appear on a *Monsta X radio show* but mostly does musicals and vocal-based shows now. *JYJ* has *"Fruitful Trip"* which was filmed back in 2016. There are so many more but we'll be here all day if I try to recommend them all, Lmao. Honestly, I sometimes think of how their careers would've gone if SM Ent. just treated the members better so JYJ didn't have to sue. But honestly they're all pretty content now and Jaejoong just opened his own company that'll debut new idols in the future. In the MKMF performance- All white with the fur shawl: Jaejoong (main vocalist, but he did rap in Wrong Number) Black shirt and pants + white sleeveless jacket: Yunho (leader, rapper) White tanktop and pants + black cardigan: Junsu (main/lead vocalist) Orange hair: Yoochun (pls dont mix him up with my junsu because he's done some sketchy stuff and it’s strange when Junsu is called Yoochun--although I totally understand it must be confusing) Black suit with white collar: Changmin (lead/sub vocalist but damn he can sing) Anyways, thank you so much for reacting to them :)
