With Scott he seemed so patient but with Issac he didn't care and Issac was so damaged before he was turned he needed a good alpha and Scott stepped up like always.

You missed the scene where Issac started truly trusting Scott. When they were trying to capture Jackson and Scott told him to be careful. You could see it in Issac's face that he appreciated someone caring about his well being for once.

They are trying to trap Jackson who they now know is the Kanima, when Scott gives Issac the syringe they are going to use to drug Jackson Scott tells him to be careful. Issac jokes that he wont even scratch Jackson and Scott says...'No I mean you be careful' You can see in Isaac's eyes that he was surprised and impressed with Scott for caring about his well being. No one, not even Derek cared enough to tell Issac to be careful at this point. It was the base of their trust and friendship.

I totally agree, they fit together perfectly imo, and in a way Scott became Isaacs safe place/person. Isaac was very used to not being a priority, with his own father and even Derek, they were super hard on him where Scott was just looking out for him without forcing Isaac to follow his lead. It happened entirely at Issacs pace, and the transition of to Scott as his alpha was natural and healthy, compared to Dereks forced and unkind leadership that bred untrust and eventually caution from Isaac towards Derek, who began to resemble Isaacs father in a way (don’t get me wrong I love Derek, he just wasn’t a good fit to be Isaacs alpha). I honestly think Isaac would have had Scott’s back in everything, while also challenging him not as an Alpha but as a person, in ways that Stiles didn’t/couldn’t. The Allison-Isaac thing was awful imo, cause he totally betrayed Scott, but hell I guess Scott would also understand to a point because as he said once, “How can you not like her? She’s Allison.” I just wish he coulda stayed around, it really broke my heart that he left.

@Pablo Gónzalez You have to read between the lines. Technically Scott wasn't Isaac's Alpha, but Isaac treated him as such. He trusted him, he obeyed him, and protected him as if he was his Alpha. Hell, even Derek said Scott was an Alpha of his own pack before he officially became one in Season 3A. Scott had the qualities of an Alpha before rising to the occasion. Hence him being a True Alpha.

I love how Scott is able to pull him out of whatever focused anger he’s in. Just by a simple “issac” Interesting factoid- dogs when they bark or get aggressive there’s like a threshold where once they go for too long they are super focused and it’s almost impossible to get them unfocused on whatever they are barking at or attacking. That’s why ally of trainers say you have to catch them RIGHT away. Idk how long the threshold is. But I have noticed if I let my dogs bark too long it can be almost impossible to snap them out of it, I have to like physically get them to refocus their attention like go up to them and make them look at me. Yelling at them doesn’t always help. ( I have a high pitched voice, not exactly alpha sounding.) Anyway scot roaring and yelling isaacs name kinda reminded me of this with dogs. As they are technically werewolves I assume and can see this applies in isaacs case. He starts and if you don’t stop him right away he just keeps going it takes the alpha to intervene or whoever he sees as alpha.
