कम से कम 6 या 7 लीटर पानी पियो रोज सांस फूलने कि दिक्कत बन्द हो जाएगी मेरे साथ भी ऐसा ही होता था अभी 20 दिन ही हुए हैं लेकिन पानी खूब पीता हू अभी तो कम ही फूल रही है ❤👍👍

@@Rishabh_Singh65 बहुत ज्यादा है भाई 😂 एक 60kg का नॉर्मल आदमी 1 दिन में 1.5 लीटर यूरीन पास करता है लेकिन जब 7 लीटर पानी पिएगा तो उसको 3 से 4 लीटर यूरिन पास करना पड़ेगा इसके लिए उसकी किडनी पर बहुत ज्यादा प्रेशर पड़ेगा । और अब मान लो कोई 45kg का आदमी 7 लीटर पानी पिएगा तो क्या ही होगा थोड़ा कॉमन सेंस लगाओ 👍🙂

@@RahulYadav_905 ब्रो सभी athletes यही करते है तुमको भी कुछ सेंस लगाना चाहिए हा उनके हिसाब से थोड़ा ज्यादा हैं लेकिन 4 से 5 कोई ज्यादा नहीं है यहां सभी 8 से 10 लीटर पानी पीते है जिससे तुम्हारे फेफड़ों में ताकत आती है ok

अरे इतना परेशान मत हो आराम से रनिंग होगी 😊 रनिंग में थोड़ा सा टाइम लगता है और अभी अभी तो शुरू किया है आपने । कंसिस्टेंसी के साथ धीरे धीरे अपना टाइमिंग बढ़ाओ फिर देखना बहुत आराम से 2400 क्लियर हो जाएगा । दूसरी बात रनिंग से पहले अपना वार्म अपस्ट्रांग करो क्योंकि जितना तगड़ा वार्म अप होगा आगे चलकर रनिंग उतनी ही आसान हो जाएगी ✔️👍
