Here we are my festive friends, it's Christmas Eve! I hope you've all been having a fantastic day!

Miss Q, we absolutely loved the video, and got the giggles when we saw the Jim Royle wrapping paper, thought it looked fantastic. Now QM's village, what a spectacular creation, and the new pieces are stunning. We bow down to QM as always, she can even have an extra Tipsy Topsy pie. xx

My dad made a Christmas village every year during the 1960s and 70’s. Out of cardboard, cotton wool and sweet wrappers for the windows.

Thank you, Queenie, for showing us your beautifully decorated home. It's Christmas Day lunchtime here in Perth, Western Australia at the moment and it's 37 degrees C (I think that's nearly 100 degrees F). Maybe we can sit outside later when it cools down a bit.
