I think Bach would be bemused by a modern big band, and probably find the music itself rather simplistic compared with 300 year ago.

This arrangement of “Girl Talk” reminds me of some place in New York listening to The Manhattan Trio dressed in black tie. There is something magical about music under these settings.

Mein Herr Wolf is equally impressive and excellent on drums as well as piano. And the professional videoing is A number 1. Always a pleasure to watch and listen to. Очень точно подмечено Вами, Константин Добровольский, по поводу приоритетов расходования денег: Германия беспокоится о КУЛЬТУРНОМ УРОВНЕ своих граждан , чего нельзя сказать о российском "ПАХАНАТЕ", который имеет единственную, ШИЗОФРЕНИЧЕСКУЮ ЦЕЛЬ - ПОДМЯТЬ под себя и утопить весь МИР в крови! И вот наглядный пример - немецкий городок в Баварии, с населением в 130 тыс , имеет возможность содержать БЭНД , весьма высокого УРОВНЯ! В России, города миллионники, не все имеют подобные, шикарные БИГ - БЭНДЫ! ФАКТ, ПЕЧАЛЬНЫЙ ФАКТ.

I'm just going to put this out there. I love big bands!! Gordon Goodwin Big Phat Band is one of my all time favorites right now, BUT this to me is equally as great. Song choice, arrangements, musical execution and the biggest thing to me is the absolute heart & soul each one offers to these songs, these arrangements, the Leader and but most importantly their passion they ever so freely offer their audience. This is above and beyond most Big Band KZbin videos I've ever seen. I could wish for the rest of my life but I would do anything for complete world wide reckonition of this genre of artistry. I think I only took a breath between songs this is that phenomenal
