Ooooh, I loved this!! I have my Mars in my 12H -which is also my chart ruler- and it really does feel like my vitality is "hidden" sometimes. There are days where I really want to disappear and just be like a spirit hehe. What I like to do for my 12H trashcan coping mechanism is I stay in my room while keeping on these cutesy pink-colored lightbulbs so it's a *~vibe~* plus I binge watch Netflix shows for HOURS. When this starts to become unhealthy, I go into my backyard and lay on the grassy area to try to ground myself while listening to music. I think 12H people really treasure their alone time. (-:

I have mars in the 12th house but its doing pretty well since its in scorpio - i've realized that although I may have suffered a lot emotionally and mentally, I also developed this insane drive to come out on the other end through psychoanalyzing myself and trying to pick my brain apart. Like giving yourself therapy but with a lot of determination and now a lot more insight on how I can help other people around me as well. When you said you feel like I ghost 😭 same same same loool. I need constant disconnection because I’m constantly feeling depleted (thank you for really suggesting looking to the 6th house to create that balance that we need to function in a healthy & wholesome way). Being surrounded by trees, complete silence, the night time... lighting a candle, are a few things that makes me feel a bit rejuvenated... but honoring my alone time and not feeling guilty about doing so... while also using the my alone time to rejuvenate and not just to hide, is a game changer... being real with myself as you said... knowing the difference on when I’m isolating to hide or to be neglectful vs to rejuvenate is something I am learning because as a 12th house stellium it’s so very easy to shut the world out esp because you’re so easily overwhelm when you haven’t done or been doing the work (6th H) in your daily life to maintain that balance.

You’d probably benefit from psychedelics lol. I have mercury and sun/pluto conjunct 12H with very vivid dreams that usually have greater meaning. LSD allowed me to go really deep into my mind and just explore my consciousness. Only did it once but it was pretty eye opening :) You should also try sleeping to binaural beats, usually with a wide range of changing frequencies. I used to lucid dream and have very vivid dreams if I meditated to sleep with binaural frequencies

Qigong is my savior when I feel overwhelmed with Neptunian energies. I can only recommend practising Qigong on a daily basis to everybody who has strong Neptune influences. Qigong teaches us how our own energies work and we start to understand when we absorb other peoples stuff or when others try to use us as their trash can (or when we try to get rid of our own trash by putting it on others).

Using sage or gemstones ect can be helpful if we are just a little moody or if we are in a sensitive phase, but if we have some serious issues with our energyfield, which is often the case for people with strong Neptunian/Pisces/12th house topics, we need the regular cleansing work of Virgo, as you mentioned yourself. I don't say Qigong is the solution for everybody, but just using Pisces techniques like praying, visualisation ect doesn't help in serious cases, in my experience.

Hey, well said...I just stay in bed on those days if I can and listen to music. If I have to be out though, I do some yoga and/or meditation, have some coffee, stay away from phone calls as much as possible or tell people that I'm not in a good mood/busy in my head, try to imagine that I'm in an energetic cocoon that lets in and puts out only good energy and that I'll only come into contact with my own stuff. And ofcourse I listen to music before I sleep everyday. Everything relating to our 12th house planets become easier and reasonable(in a round about way) when we can know, accept where we've been and where we want to go. I would say that I do the same. I will stay in bed all day and seriously get lost on social media. I’ll probably eat a lot and snack. And I’ll nap multiple times. I also like to wear hoodies and I don’t know I’ll just hide in my room. To get myself out of that I usually get bed sore lmao. I have Leo in the 12th house, but my sun, moon, Mercury, Jupiter, Venus and Pluto are all in the 3rd house... well, I tried adjusting the chart a little bit, it gave me the option of clicking "no shift into the next house" and I clicked it, then it showed out of all of those that my Jupiter was supposedly in the 2nd house. So over all, I have no idea what I'm doing or how the hell to understand myself, and the other thing is my Lilith placement. It's in Aries and in the 8th house. But then it says that I have Pisces in the 8th house for the house placements, just in the last few degrees, so I guess that's like maybe sort of a combination of both the energies of Pisces and Aries in that area... but again. I'm still fucking lost. I feel like paying every astrologer for a breakdown of my chart, especially of those specific placements because I don't feel like I'm going anywhere, but I've been struggling my ass off since I was twelve just to learn how to sing / fry vocal scream without hurting my throat. It's been fifteen years. I spent so fucking long in isolation, researching and studying, practicing just so I could be in a metalcore band one day. But I finally figured out a couple of methods I could use to keep my throat from bleeding and I figured out I can decently sing at like one octave. Which literally just sounds like Ahren Stringer from 'The Amity Affliction' in damn near every song. Please, God, help me. Help me make myself make sense. And if there's anything really specific I should maybe do, that you think or feel would be something I'd be good at that I didn't think of, by all means. Tell me. Nudge me in a direction. Ugh... I practice avoidance way too often on those days. Not sure how to bring myself out yet. Maybe cleaning and organizing... makes the energy feel less stagnant again. It’s just getting the energy to actually make the effort though. I’m moon and Pluto in libra in my 12th btw. Virgo and Mercury sun and Scorpio rising. That’s not in whole sign or whatever that is called though. I’m not sure how to look that up, but if I did I might have more in the 12th? 🤷🏻‍♀️ I have 5 planets in libra (moon, Pluto, Venus, Jupiter, and Saturn). It can be rough. I was kidnapped when I was 4 and a missing and very abused kid for over a year until I was recovered by the police. I had someone tell me once that that kind of stuff shows in the 12th house, but idk how trauma shows up in charts.

When I use the whole house system, I have 3 planets in the 12th house, but in Placidus they’re in the 11th house. I’m not sure which system to look at when working with these planets 🥺 what do y’all think?

Puro Astrology my sun is in the 10th house in both systems. I don’t really feel watery- I feel earthy but the planets I have in the 12th with the whole house system are Mars, Moon, and Chiron which are all in Cancer. I tend to be super intuitive to the point where I can absorb others’ emotions which is overwhelming. As much as I’d like to make decisions by logic I am mostly ruled by emotion which can be both dangerous and naive. I am aware of this. Yet it’s still a constant daily struggle.

Same scenario as you!! In placidus I have Pluto in Scorpio 12th house conjunct my AC, but in whole sign I have Mars, Jupiter and mercury in Libra 12th house. I’m often left thinking which I feel more true. 🤔

Black Moon Lilith in Twelfth House. North Node in Sixth House. Black Moon Lilith in Leo. North Node in Aquarius. When your Lilith is in Leo it said that I do not like to attract attention on myself of be competitive...so...when I am in my 12th house, it is when I feel like...all eyes on me?
