Incredible. Likely a plurality of the French will vote for the Right--yet, France24 has two Leftist guests + two reporters 😂 …..Not a single representative from the Right…

Indeed. This post has negatively influenced the attention I am going to give France 24.

Yes, how unjust! And this young reporter, she speaks of “the extremes on the left and the extremes on the right”- meaning everyone but tiny middle is not extreme! They are not doing a great job here! Which French media is better to listen to- advice anyone?

@@Pearlylove there is no French media, that is a 100% impartial, if you want to listen to the far right views you watch cnews, for the left it's france média monde (france 24, rfi), médiapart. The rest : tf1,france radio, france tv, (france 2,3,4,5) is considered center oriented.

They discuss the far-right as if they are invaders from Mars :) Or coronavirus :) a weird discussion on public TV on what to do to block one party, which by the way may have as many as 30-35 percent of the votes, from succeeding in the elections
@vincesiy1403
@vincesiy1403 5 ай бұрын
It is politics. They want to keep the stigma of the right so that they can keep the votes between the center or left. It is all about votes. If voters makes the right a mainstream and normal party it means more competition for the left and center-left and less votes in future elections.

….Welcome to France24 (a “public” station which represents only 30% of the French “Left-leaning” public ). They don’t even pretend to care about Conservatives-which may now represent a plurality of French voters….

@@BonRain8734 Right nationalism with tendency to be downright xenophobic, right populism - which is the worst case of populism since right financial elites are backing it. In summary. The traditional right on this country is neither populist or nationalist, economically they are as liberal as Macron. So le Pen is Far-Right and shouldn't be conflated with others.
@Nerwesta

@@BonRain8734 I'm surprised you're asking this though, the summary I gave you applied to the extreme made fascism both in Germany and Italy. Here, it would be ridiculous to say that since fascism is obviously banned in politics, still the roots are the same.

Don't forget Nigel Farage. Seems to be going well for the reform party, it may even be the case that if they have greater support than the conservative party in percentage According to an opinion poll. and 900,000 are said to have seen the Tommy Robinson arrangement at X When there was a large crowd and several speakers in London

Stunning considering the Farage of Brexit time. It seems people have no memory and the snake oil salesman can still sell back to the same village no matter how many victims surfeited after his last show. Mesmerizing stupidity of the mass.

The Brits are not swinging to the left at all. Labour’s support has not gone up, it’s at best about the same as it was in 2019. The right had disintegrated and there is simply no alternative.

Amazing but I do agree that the rise of the far right has been taking place since brexit!!
