@@butterfly-bm7zy hey there lonely girl reminds me of my ex girlfriend when she used to tease me by saying to me hey there lonely boy let me take out all your stress and pain. That was like a magical line which made me feel like heaven even through tough times. I was not worthy of her so she had to leave and i left her too. but there are strong memories which are imprinted in my mind and has affected me a lot and i have nobody to share those stuff and its like a weight inside by body.

Reasons why I dont listen to sad songs to "cope" with pain Sad songs just makes things worse. Honestly music should never be a way to deal with problems
@msquaredj97804 жыл бұрын
@@ctm9364 I understand but elaborate
@ctm93644 жыл бұрын
@@msquaredj9780 music is a terrible coping mechanism. I dont understand how listening to depressed music makes you feel better. Listening to sad music just makes you think of more sad thoughts. And myself personally I have had situations like that and all your problems just come all at once. Its hard to deal with it. You cant face problems very easily all at once and this is what music does to us And then once you calm down. You gain the impression that music has "made" you happier. When in all actuality, it just avoided them. And avoiding problems is never a solution In simpler terms. Music helps you avoid or distract you from problems And this is why I feel like music shouldnt be a coping mechanism. Its because you avoid and not solve your problems This is why there are so many depressed people who listen to music
@ctm93644 жыл бұрын
@@msquaredj9780 solve your problems by talking to yourself and making solutions. Here are tips that you should remember i) Its ok to accept that you have made a mistake ii) Try to find the source to were everything went wrong iii) Once you know the source, you should address or think of how to solve it And if you cant solve it yourself. Ask for help Asking for help is the hardest thing to do. But its a fear you should learn to face. I am quite disappointed in myself because I know I still have that fear.
@Pierre-zf9ew4 жыл бұрын
Bullshit. Music is a great way to vent negative emotions. Maybe it can also distract you, but bettet hearing music than drinking or taking drugs. Personally, Music has helped me to connect better with with myself and i think i am not the only one!
