Nah, Oh, Ms. Believer is not a Christmas song. The "cold" and "winter" are used to symbolize death, pain or depression. I doubt TØP would want to portray Christmas so negatively, given their Christian faith. Winter does not have to mean Christmas. It's not a completely baseless theory though.

Interesting things I found: 1.The books on the shelf shown 3:15 are names of songs from SAI, there are also many other books in the video that have twenty one pilot's songs on them. 2. The skeleton and alien symbols are the same symbols that represent the skeleton clique. 3. in case you missed it, shown at 0:28 is a plan to gather materials to create a Christmas tree beacon to destroy the evil snowmen outside. 4. shown at 0:36 is a gas mask shown in the music video Lane Boy. 5. 0:46 has a chlorine bottle, obviously a reference to chlorine. 6. 0:52 on the snow mobile license plate is TRSH DRGN, this represents trash the dragon which is the dragon on the SAI cover. 7. 1:04, 1:34, 2:33, and 2:53, He seems to be collecting the materials for the Christmas tree beacon here. 8. 3:06 we can see here the skeleton clique symbols again and the crooked tree in the middle of them is in the shape of top's logo. The skeleton Represents Tyler and the alien represents Josh. 9. Ned supposedly represents Tyler's creativity and this music video is very creative so it makes sense for Ned to show up. The part where the lights were running through the log was so reminiscent of Tool's video for Sober when the worm is going through the pipe. So cool.
