The creator confirmed Viktor is ace and their relationship is strictly platonic. It’s just nice to see a platonic relationship and not have an aroace character forced into any romantic relationship. People are allowed to ship yes but it’s not canon.

@@VENTABLXCK I was more making the distinction between romantic vs sexual, since the more colloquial and less literal definition of platonic is something where two people are just friends and there isn't much physical affection aside from maybe occasional hugging. I know Viktor is asexual, though I didn't hear he was also aromantic. My comment was more of a statement of rejection towards people who keep saying they're just bros and are both straight.
