as a brazilian, it's really cool hearing that you recognized the music genre once you started listening to it and that twice and kpop artists are being influenced by it. any song by zico from last year had a bossa nova approach, lp by red velvet and now alcohol free by twice. i've heard that japan and korea really enjoy this genre, so i think they'll hit big with this song. it's really refreshing and bold from them, bc most international kpop stans don't like chill/slow songs

GAH! The ending melody on “drunk on you” in the second half of the verse. So good. The entire vibe. So lovely and groovy. Right when this song started, I thought “oh man, this could fail so hard but I like it so much, don’t faaaaaiiillllll!” The start of the rap bridge was a little much, BUT it turns into the melodic-rap and makes it better. This is bringing me back to “Dance the Night Away”’s summer. 😍
