Cheer up was a very big deal for Twice, as this song really hit it big. Sana's adorably mispronounced line Shy Shy Shy is to this day the most famous line from Twice, which was and is still being repeated and imitated over and over again. Sana has probably been asked to say shy shy shy over 1 million times lol.

@@TooGrown What went viral was the way she delivers the line. people fell in love with it, then they made really good choreography for the live stages. Put the two together, the delivery of the line and the hand choreography and that is what will come to peoples minds when they think of this iconic line. When people think of Cheer up they think of that, since Cheer up was Sana's era. Any of the three videos I linked in my other comment are a good example.

Dahyun and Chaeyoung are the rapping duo. You'll see as you watch more of there MV's. Feel Special was different because of Mina. They knew Mina would not be performing on stage so they needed someone to sing her part for stages. Chaeyoung has a similarly sweet voice and she has gained a lot of confidence in her singing voice in the past year so she got that role. Having her rap as well would have given her too many lines. Chaeyoung got the role as the groups rapper because she's good at it and was too shy to sing on stage until recently. There's a clip of her on stage hiding behind Nayeon and singing while Nayeon lip syncs the words.

Another great reaction! A few things on questions and comments you made... First, like others have already stated, they do have 2 rappers, with Chaeyoung as the main and Dahyun as the lead. Chaeyoung writes a lot of her own raps but she's said that she wants to sing more. You'll see more of her singing as you progress through their journey. Check out Chaeyoung's Melody Project to appreciate her vocals even more. 2nd thing is that you'll see Mina slow it down in many of their vids. She is known as the "queen of bridges". It's usually a combo of her with Tzuyu or Jihyo or all 3. Watch "Mina's Melody Project" so you can have more than 10 secs of her beautiful voice (you get a whole song!) 3rd, you got Jihyo and Momo right about the high note and that "Momo Croft" seen. Momo is regarded by most in the kpop industry as the best dancer in the 3rd generation girl groups. But chaeyoung is most likely to be doing singing more than dahyun as she was in the first place trained as a vocalist instead but later changed to be rapper. In feel special promotion mina is sick so they're giving chaeyoung the singing parts & also she's the who's covering mina's singing part in live performance when mina isnt around. But look out when she perform some badass & girlcrush concept she'd slay spitting bars. She also has write most lyrics out of all members & also have composed her music. Thats why in that one guide video you saw they mention chaeyoung as someone who can just do anything. Also, momo, other than being main dancer & vocalist. She's also the sub rapper in TWICE. In fact most of them got their roles changed. Jihyo, she was actually trained to be an actress for 7 years but later changed to be a kpop idol for 3 years. Also, 4 members (jihyo,jeongyeon,nayeon,sana) in this group were actually going to debut in other group called 6mix but then the debut got cancelled as other member drops out. In that group, jihyo was supposed to be the main dancer (she was a ballerina as a child with nayeon too) , jeongyeon is supposed to be a rapper too. But it all changed as time goes by. Jihyo became main vocalist & jeongyeon as the lead vocalist. Most of the others are dance based but later trained in vocals & such & got their own position as singer / rapper. Chaeyeong like i said, was trained to be a vocalist but then switched to raps. She even auditioned for the company as singer. Momo mastered many types of dances & she said she started dancing at 3. Thats why she is main dancer. She even got in like dance academy when she was very young (most of them are). She auditioned for jyp with her sister but only momo passed. Mina is a pro 11year trained ballerina & also good at contemporary dances & rhythmic gymnastic & more. Thats why mina is the lead dancer.

Generally there's two rappers Chaeyoung and Dahyun. Chaeyoung took more of a vocal role in Feel Special and so they had Dahyun carry the full rap verse (when you have nine girls you gotta be careful with line distribution or someone doesn't get any singing time). Sometimes Momo raps though which is dope but usually on their B sides

In Korea and somewhat Japan, Sana's "shy shy sha" went legendary viral. But internationally, Sana's most viral line wasn't even said by her nor was it meant to be her (Mispronunciation of lyrics that sounds like "Sana" is being said). And you wont hear this line until you get to their Heartshaker MV 😋
