I will try to explain why this song hit so hard for me and most (especially older) fans. TWICE are going strong in their 9th year. This song came out 2 years ago. Prior to releasing this song TWICE had managed to outsell every single girl group in K-Pop history , managed to win Song of the year 3 years in a row (a feat only TWICE and BTS have under their belts) , managed to become the most "decorated" girl group in the history of K-Pop , following their "father's" and JYPE founder Park Jin Young (aka JYP) nickname King of Girl Groups they are the only Girl Group to exist in the K-Pop top10 amongst Boy Groups. Since their debut they have been one of the most humble groups K-Pop has seen and yet they have been one of the most targeted ones with smear campaigns and fake scandals. All that while openly promoting and showing support for groups whose fandoms attacked them. When this song came out it was high time they showed some teeth and let people know who TWICE are in contrast to groups who give out this kind of vibe in their songs from the get go with zero achievements to back it up. P.S : Support JYPE groups for a better quality of life and a better K-Pop industry. ✌

Couldn't agree more....it would always tick me off when ppl would go out of their way to try to undermine them, their achievments and the impact they have had on the industry. But yet with all their achivements, impact and hateful criticism they received they always managed to remain kind and humble. So when this song came out I was like "Yess...!!ladies finally..... talk ur shit".😅

The whole album this came off of is amazing (formula of love). Although this does address the haters in true twice style not a single group said a thing, they are loved by all (including BP). This was for the netizen haters. Twice's fan base is called ONCE and they have us so they don't need haters, and be careful they have a way of drawing you in, talent, personality, looks they have it all. Since you like rap the main rapper is Chaeyoung, lead is Dahyun, sub is Momo (also considered to be as good or better a dancer as Lisa) but in truth as this song showed they can all rap (see sub unit songs everyone did some rap). One of the guides mentioned below is a good idea. Enjoy the ride. OT9 forever (OT9 is the promise Twice made to us ONCE's that they would always remain a 9 member group).
